UPS, How I loathe you

OFF-TOPIC POST rant ahead captain!

So I ordered a new office chair last week on account of my recently bought previous one breaking on me and becoming unfix able. It was supposed to arrive Wednesday but I never believe them anyways and they never sent me a tracking number until Thursday saying it would be here Friday well fair enough. Then of course we get blasted with more snow then is reasonable in my state and it was delayed to the following Monday (no delivery on weekend) ok again fine I understand. Monday rolls around no package so i check and it says it is delayed once again until Tuesday this time due to "Emergency Situation" errrrr I sure didn't hear about anything that would remotely count as making packages unable to be delivered but i thought maybe they knew something I didn't (HA!) so today I happened to be home all day and still no freaking chair so i again i checked the website and now it says it was delivered to the leasing office....Infuriating they did not even come by to check if I was in or not they just took it right there not even a slip saying it was there this would not even the worst part for you see I didn't check up on it till 7 PM after the office is already closed for the day as my new chair sits (hehe) in there over night scared and alone. Now for a video that sums up everything in my post!

Yeah, UPS can be really hit or miss. I guess it depends on the driver.

ups sucks! they never deliver a package to my home, they always leave a note saying that they couldn't find me and that I could pick it up later!! Bastards don't even TRY to deliver a package....

From my experience it's basically like the flip of a coin.

UPS doesn't usually give me a problem, however I've learned that next day shipping can mean between two and three days, so I don't pay extra for that any more.

I hate waiting for stuff to come in after I order it, it always takes too long.

lol, I don't get much from UPS. and the USPS usually just leave my package on the doorstep.

Wow I can't believe that. I've currently been waiting on a DVD to be delivered for about 3 weeks now from ebay. The seller mailed it quite a while ago and I've been checking every day, still no slip or package.

The postal service in general has been slacking lately it seems.

Its not just UPS, its any courier. they suck, and the employees simply dont give a rats ass about the parcels there paid to handle.

Sadly

FedEx > UPS in my experiance. Even USPS has been doing better for me.

I haven't really had any issues with UPS (Probably cuz I FedEX most of my stuff lol) but I knew a guy in high school who for some strange reason was physically TERRIFIED of the UPS GUY. You mentioned UPS and he would start to tweek out, it was hilarious! Still, sorry about your misadventure lol
